Join Mara, reachAbility's Pre Employment Support Specialist, as she discusses how policy is changing in light of the Nova Scotia Accessibility Legislation and the accessible Canada Act, common complaints come through human rights by persons with disabilities, and what people with disabilities should know about the human rights process and how to navigate making a complaint and what to expect from the process.
